so narrow stairs was put out in 2008 and it was by far my favorite album of the year and rightfully so it was one of the best. on their narrow stairs tour they were spectacular on stage. so the time is coming near for a new DCFC album right? who knows, all i know is that ben gibbard has been quoted in rolling stone saying that the new postal service album is indie rock's chinese democracy.
so we are gifted with new DCFC music but with a terrible cost:

yes DCFC might gain large amounts of popularity and leave the underground indie scene of which they really werent too much a part of thanks to signing with a large label and having huge singles on alt rock stations but to have to put up with their latest release coinciding with a shitty vampire movie i feel like a part of me has died.

welcome to the informal home of one of college radio's hottest shows. that's right, Kyle and Tim have quite and epic show and dammit they do a superb job! It all started three years ago when the one Kyle started up at the station with a show entitled The Nightwatch where he sat in the studio trying to figure out how do i reach these kids! [yes think eric cartman] and alas two and a half years later the arrival of the great Tim to the radio was created. The lord looked down at Kutztown University and said let there be epic and thus the show was born out of love and epic-ness!
